About the project
The building was modelled in full and brought into the browser as a digital twin: not a render or a video, but the whole thing in real time, to orbit, enter and walk through.
There are two ways to look at it. In orbit you see it from outside and can slice it floor by floor to look in without the facade hiding anything; in first person you walk the units at eye height. The camera flies between the two on its own, the transition handled in GSAP.
Lighting is baked into lightmaps and the glass reflects through reflection probes, which photograph the real scene rather than the sky - the same system the Reflection Probes demo in this lab pulls apart.
